Roasted Vegetable and Hummus Wrap

  1. Roast a variety of vegetables, such as zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, and onions.
  2. Spread a layer of hummus on an Early Bird Bakery wholemeal flatbread.
  3. Add the roasted vegetables, fresh spinach, and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Roll up flatbread tightly.
