Spicy Black Bean and Quinoa Wrap

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. Mix cooked quinoa with black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, jalapenos, and spices.
  3. Spread a layer of avocado or guacamole on an Early Bird Bakery wholemeal flatbread.
  4. Add the black bean and quinoa mixture, lettuce, and diced red onions.
  5. Roll up the flatbread.
