Wholemeal Flatbread Club Sandwich

  1. Layer slices of roasted turkey or chicken, cooked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado on an Early Bird Bakery wholemeal flatbread.
  2. Spread a layer of mayo or mustard if desired.
  3. Add another layer of Early Bird Bakery’s wholemeal flatbread on top to create a double-decker sandwich.
