Roasted Veggie and Goat Cheese Wrap

  1. Toss sliced vegetables (such as zucchini, bell peppers, and onions) with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roast the vegetables in the oven until tender.
  3. Spread a layer of goat cheese on an Early Bird Bakery wholemeal flatbread.
  4. Top with the roasted vegetables, spinach leaves, and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
