Thai Chicken Wraps

  1. Marinate chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, lime juice, and chilli sauce.
  2. Sauté the chicken until cooked and shred it.
  3. Spread peanut sauce on an Early Bird Bakery flatbread.
  4. Add the shredded chicken, sliced cucumbers, carrots, and fresh herbs.
  5. Roll up in a lettuce leaf..
